It can help to efface or thin out the cervix. The cervix has to thin almost completely to dilate. You've already had children I think your cervix is fully capable 😅 you won't see any difference with epo

Its not for me im already dilated but was curious why people use it

@mrs.calzada oh ok. Yea just for help with effacement and *could* stimulate labor in full term.
