Hey ladies. This is my replacement wedding ring. I don’t know much about ring and their metals. But I’ve had this ring since March and I use it mostly everyday just not for bed since my fingers get swollen. So my question is ... is the metal supposed to look that way. ( foggy / worn out) Supposedly its 14k white gold. But I’m starting to think it’s silver. I need your input before I go to the jewelry store.

@yurica, if it’s not stamped, there’s no reason to believe it’s 14k solid gold. No one would resize a ring and cut that out. It’s really beautiful though!

I would say use toothpaste it works well if you don’t have time to get it polished 🤷🏻‍♀️

@yurica, just scrub it around with toothpaste for like a good minute and just rinse

@yurica yeah go to a diff one than where you got it. If you have a Shane Co they're good.
