My doctor told me to do things to try and bring on labor. He told me to walk, have sex and use nipple stimulation.
If you did try some things like this, what did you guys do for nipple stimulation?
I also told him I'm not interested in sex because I'm uncomfortable and he said 🤷🏽♀️ that's what you need to do. So I guess I'll try 🥴

Lol dang! I eat spicy food anyways sometimes. I'll try it too though. Yeah I'm aware is all on baby! I think he's ready...the pressure is insane. But i guess we will just see!

I rubbed my nipples for two hours went to bed. Woke up in labour at 5am 😂😅 try it
@albertrettazariah1386, oh dang okay. Yeah I'm 1cm, 50% effaced. We will see!! This is all new to me because I was just induced with my daughter. From closed to birth lol
@rese lol I completely understand. Works for some not for all but it will make you contract so may not put you in full labor but may help progress
@albertrettazariah1386, that's my main goal this week is to at least progress to make it easier and require less medicine if not actual labor
I haven't been that way! I think it's just because it's not the same with being so uncomfortable.. Like it hurts down there 😩😂😂
@rese I been miserable & uncomfortable basically since I found out I was pregnant lol sex is last thing on my mind I feel bad for my husband I did it like a week ago but I really force myself to get in the mood.

I was 1 centimeter for the longest and nipple stimulation didn’t help I ate something spicy woke up from nap with contractions went to the the hospital and not even 4 hours later my baby was here at the end of the day these thing will only work if baby is ready🤷🏾♀️ because I had been trying all kinds of stuff and nothing worked but hopefully it does for you
