So I didn't end up going to the doctors because the pain was going away but I will definitely keep an eye out for it again apparently these Braxton hicks contractions are going to be painful and annoying the rest of my pregnancy 🙄😒😒

Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful?
I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
So I woke up today to a HUGE pain in my lower back but only on my left side that was accompanied by a pain of period cramps. I've never had a pain that bad.. I sat up and laid down and it wouldn't go away. Could I be going into labor?
