I know I get bad migraines when my eyes need to be checked or my backs outta place.

I JUST had my eyes checked and got new glasses. I sure hope that’s not my issue, I’ll cry lol.

It depends on the type of headache. Usually migraines are longer lasting and have different pressure points with or with out auras. You can see a neuro or a headache specialist. I see a specialist. They are more in depth with migraines and treatment plans.
For many years I thought I just had bad long headaches but it never made sense when I would get so sick and hibernate to get away from sounds and light. Over the counter stuff did nothing so I explained it to my doctor and she suggested I see a specialist for headaches. I was diagnosed about 4 or 5 years ago. I have had them since my teens and were getting worse through the years. I still have not found a well remedy for the really bad ones yet.

it goes away over night but then gradually comes back in the morning and gets worse throughout the day. It’s Labor Day so my only option is the e.r but I can’t take my baby in there and I can’t leave her 😔😔

@bubbys.mommy, well I’d say it’s better at night because you’re laying somewhat flat and the CSF pressure stabilizes. Then you stand up and it throws everything off again. I hope you’re able to get seen tomorrow, ASAP.

yeah I’m going to call my office tomorrow and see what they want me to do. Certain situations they send me to my regular dr. I just want it fixed 😭 it subsided with some ibuprofen earlier today but my neck is bothering me a little bit and it did not completely go away. Thanks for all your help and information.

Did you get the Depo shot in the hospital? I did and it gave me a headache that lasted two weeks. Now I'm still having headaches at least 4 days a week even though I'm past due for my next shot.

No. I didn’t get any shots. Just an epidural and an iv with fluids and some blood work done.
