I have not written a poem in awhile so I decided to write one today!

Emptiness by me ( Megan Reid )

Emptiness filled blank holes

Emptiness as the sorrow grows

Living in a home that pain grows

Emptiness sparrow

Fly with your wings

Emptiness can not save dreams

Emptiness is not what it seems

Walk,run,jump,hop

Somehow the emptiness won’t stop

Cry and swallow

For I pity my sorrow

Emptiness as a whole

Emptiness is the dark soul

I try and I try to hold the pain in

But where do I actually begin

Emptiness that is within

Emptiness how do I win
