I started my weight loss journey last year in August🙏🏽
When I gave birth to my little baby boy in April 2018 I was weighting in at 235 my biggest weight. Almost 100lbs later .!!!
I was the same way .! But I cut off unhealthy foods I would eat out seriously all week and I wouldn’t workout out just unhealthy. I cut off sodas, white bread, chips swap my food like I don’t eat much red meat. I count my calories .!
I started with cutting off all bad foods.. basically no sodas, no breads etc. Then I start counted my calories per day.! And it’s been that way since then .!! As well working out at home since I am a stay at home mom I make 20min or up to an hour to work out .!
