Having an appraiser come appraise our house next week and I'm cleaning up like an HGTV host on crack. Painting baseboards, steam cleaning the carpets, polish the hard wood, cleaning tile grout, pressure washing the drive way, staging the hell out of every room.

With a 3 year old following behind me throwing confetti that she found in a box. It's like taking 2 steps forward and one step back.
