It doesn’t really make a difference unless your baby has sensitive skin (well more sensitive than the typical newborn skin). I like the smell of Johnson’s better. With my first I only used babyganics and Honest and really I don’t notice a difference except the smell or the features of the bottle (foam pump, etc). I even bought the Walmart brand version of Johnson’s and it’s awesome! So go to the store and start sniffing ;) one bottle lasts for ever if you have only one!

Love Dove but I think I love Cetaphil baby more. Does wonders for my daughters eczema.
