Taking a breath... Asking for advice my husband is 35 and has been diagnosed with stage 4 liver disease. We are in shock and afraid of what will happen. Has anyone been thro this know any thing that I help.

Are the doctors suggesting options? My husband has a friend from childhood who had liver disease. He made lifestyle changes and is healthy now. I don’t know the stage or anything, but I know it was likely from drinking and he never touched another drop.

May husband never drank or drinks it is because of fatty liver

That’s good he doesn’t drink. I know that makes it worse. Is the doctor recommending treatment?
