Does anyone know what this could be????? It happens especially when he gets even the slightest bit hot. It doesn't last for more then an hour usually. But it just started appearing the other day out of now where and stuff. Never had issues with it before. 😟😟😟😟

My son gets like that when he gets a little hot plus the drooling.  See if it goes away when he's had the chance to cool and keep the area dry.

He hasn't had fever or anything. He's been acting normal. Just seems more tired then usual. But otherwise seems perfect.

Could be heat rash. Has he been sick or had a fever.? It kinda looks like roseola my daughter had the before it goes away on its own
