My son only takes a bottle he is on whole milk now but won’t take baby food and gets chocked on food we eat help! What do I do! I feel like he’s starving

I’d just make sure that the pieces are small enough for him, Maby try those baby Cheeto puff things, (they desolve in their mouths) simple easy things. Is it that he’s having trouble chewing? Or tougne thrust? Have you talked to his pediatrician?

I have no idea he told me to just keep giving him a bottle bc that’s just what he wants idk he didn’t seem to concerned he’s 20 pounds and almost a year. But I give him Cheetos he will eat that but he will not eat baby food

All mine were only on baby food for Maby 1 month. Then just went to normal food, they weren’t big fans of the baby food especially once they taste the good stuff lol

If he won’t take baby food, you should switch him back to formula and talk to his doctor. Some babies need some extra help to swallow ‘solids’.

Well he’s taking his bottle with whole milk and tonight he ate some eggs so I think it’s just a matter of time with him

that’s good! My daughter had a lot of feeding issues, but yes, she got there!!! I was just suggesting formula if he isn’t really eating, for the nutrition. They even have toddler formula.
