The very first school that I applied to for my son is right across the road from my job. It was the Headstart school. Remember I told you guys that I never got a call so I didn't think he was gonna get in. So we signed him up for pre-K. That school wasn't too close to my job and he got into pre-K! Well the Headstart school called me yesterday and my son got in. They also help with potty training and etc. He is in class with my best friends daughter this year! I love the fact that all of my friends kids went there and it's across the street from my job. So he will be starting school August 28th. Y'all know I just got back from vacation & my boss told me I still have a week left for vacation that I can get paid for! I'm like what???? Ok I'll take that lol so I'm taking my son's first week of school off and I'm getting paid for it! I'll be working while he is in school so I can take him & pick him up everyday. Everything is working out!!!! I was so sad that I thought he didn't get into Headstart but getting that call yesterday made my day! My son has been asking to go to school for months and he is so excited 😘❤️👌🏽
