Need some tips ladies: I am 2 week postpartum and have a 2 year old. I am trying a structure on breakfast, lunch and mostly dinner. I've been really struggling to get it all done. Any tips or tricks.
Maybe you can start off the food a day before at night, leave some stuff ready to go... so the next day you don’t have to do it all at once that’s what I do sometimes
