Question! Where do you take unopened formula cans to donate them? I received three cans of enfamil nuero pro, gentle ease, the eight ounce cans, at my baby shower and I don't use formula at all. Fiance wants to keep one just in case of an emergency like if I end up in the ER for fluids during a migraine(they make me dangerously dehydrated and I throw up constantly) and he needs to watch her suddenly and needs it while he thaws the frozen breast milk, which is fine but I'd like to donate the other two, I just don't know WHERE to take them that they'll actually be given to people in need.

We have something close by called a crisis nursery. Check for something like that?

We have a crisis pregnancy center down the road a ways, but would they take it or would it have to be a center focused on after the baby is born?

give them a call! If they won’t take it, they would probably have the best suggestion!

I called a nearby church and they told me they no longer do formula or baby gear donations, only clothes! The woman on the phone said she didn't know where I could take it either. I'll have to call the salvation army tomorrow though.

yeah they should take it. Try the local women’s shelter or homeless shelter? Maybe the CPS office?

Thank you, I know exactly where one is so I'll call tomorrow and see if he'll accept formula, I know they accept every other kind of baby gear besides car seats so maybe they will.

Maybe the fire station would know of somewhere? Or try your local wic office, I know sometimes they have a donation spot for old toys, clothes and stuff like that..

I donated mine to a woman’s and children’s shelter.

My cousins gf is a social worker, I gave any unused Formula or baby food to her and she got them to mommas in need.
