No judgement...I am seriously considering weight loss surgery but I want to REALLY try to lose weight on my own the next few months before I go to that extreme...any recommendations? Tips? Exercises? I seriously need a huge lifestyle change! (Not really into trying the Keto diet after researching it).
Pinterest as tons of tips/ideas etc.. WW is a good thing. I'm in a ton of keto and Ww groups from fb and follow alot of people on IG. I use those places for food inspiration. I personally can't do just keto and be happy. Eat low carb. Mix in fruits n veggies as much as poss. Lots of water.. I'm working on losing weight myself
Ww has helped me! I’m down 10 pounds in only 2 weeks. The program is very helpful, and constantly makes you aware of how your eating habits were and how they can change without being hungry all the time. You will have good and bad days, so it’s best not to be discouraged every time you go up, or don’t lose anything.... a loss is a loss, and a stay isn’t a gain, so they’re both victories in their own way. As long as you stick with the program, you will lose weight before no time without even realizing it. 😊
Cut out soda and fast food completely! My sister just lost 73 pounds just by cutting out soda and fast food and drinking only water and much more of it. She's on her feet all day for work and chasing ng her toddler. But now that she's lost that weight she can go to the gym and not have her knees hurt. She lost 10lbs in a month just by cutting the soda out that first month. Definitely quit soda for sure if you're trying to lose weight.
You can do so many things. Go for a walk every day and basically eat less. If you want to snack, eat things like carrots and celery - you dont have to starve yourself. Diets do not work. Buy lots of veggies and see what you can make with them. My sister has been going to the gym almost every day for 3 years and she is fit AF.
My BIL just lost 60 lbs over the last few months by eating right, cutting out all the extra carbs he ate and exercising. He’s tried every diet you can think of and even those meal plan type programs and nothing worked for him until he went back to good old fashioned exercise and calorie counting.
How much do you weigh ? If you don’t have a medical condition that says u can’t lose weight, then I’d suggest you just go to the gym and workout and eat healthy instead of waste all that money .. you can do it if u Dnt have a medical condition . I’ve seen people more than 300lbs loose a ton of weight jst by working out ..
