So earlier today I was in the bathroom trying to go #2 (sorry tmi darn postpartum poop) and all of a sudden I got a major back spasm that went all the way up by back and into my neck and literally had nothing to hang onto. I’m screaming every curse word in the books because it hurt so bad and I about fell off the damn toilet.
