I feel like I finally have my ulcerative colitis under control 🙌🏽 I'm staying away from a lot of foods that causes flare ups! I'm staying on top of my medication and trying to stay as stress free as possible!

@supermomsuperwife2019, I didn’t know much about it until she got sick. Watching her go through it gave me a new respect for anyone who has it. We tell her to be sure to take care of herself and change her diet.
