Every now and then i gotta switch laying on my sides because the hips hurt too bad, so last resort is my back and once in a good while of doing so laying on my back i have this sudden pain and pressure hit my lower back and it makes my left hip and leg heavy and my whole leg hurt ... Cant move til the pain isnt bad or i work with it .. What causes this? .. I get to the point i cant move when it happens only the left side.. ...

See if the baby is head down and maybe face up baby's head might be sitting right on your pelvic there are monuvers that your doc can do to get baby to move the other way baby's face is soposed to be laying on your pelvic / back

Is this something i should bring up in my next ob visit? Because it is very bothering and painful when it happens too the point i dont wanna move or anything but laying still during this isnt pleasant either...
