So my day has been interesting...I don't think this means another trip to the hospital cause I don't wanna be the woman who cries labor and it's not...and my mom said that she remembers being told if it's not 2mins apart to just stay home...so I'm gonna try the home remedies (drinking water, sitting, warm shower/bath, taking a tylenol) and seeing if that helps some

The general rule of thumb is to follow the 511 Rule: if your contractions are 5 minutes apart, lasting for 1 minute each, and continue in that pattern for 1 hour, you are ready to head for the hospital.

I personally would say if they all are getting down to 5m or less then go in or call first and see what they say. These are what mine looked like and they told me (I called in at 8:30) to go in at 9 if they continued. So I left at 9ish and arrived at like 9:45 and was already 6-7cm. Lol needless to say I was admitted.

I've already gone in 3 other times I don't wanna keep freaking people out with these false alarms, and the last time I was in I was only 1cm dilated and 70% effaced

@phoebesmommy yeah we watch Clifford, Thomas and friends, Curious George, some food shows, Sesame Street, Dumbo, Aristocats, age appropriate shows, and sometimes she plays with her toys

I ended up not going, and I've had a couple of contractions in the past few hours but nothing consistent.
