My brother or mom (in laws) just brought this for my daughter who is 3 but small for her age. I told my mom in law I was not going to be placing her in that thing Bc it looks not safe. She said this crap was safer than the big regular car seats that my daughter is in now. I am wrong for was I said or right?

Yes. Sadly Walmart sells things through their marketplace as well and can get away with this being available to US customers. It is not safe.
Thanks for posting. This is the first time I see those seats. That video though 😳 30 mph and the child would have flown out. Crazy

Not safe OR legal. Give it back to your mil and she can return it. Definitely not wrong about keeping the safety of your child in mind.
These aren't even legal let alone safe in the united states.
That’s what I said. My daughter is my only living child now I want to protect her from getting killed in a accident on our trip in a few days
There’s no freaking way I’d put my child in that. I’d have her return it for sure.
