So these indents have been on my ankles for about 20-30 minutes since I’ve noticed them. They haven’t gone away and I’m too sure what they are. I was sitting at the dinning room table and didn’t notice until I went into my bedroom that they were there. Not the most recent doctors appointment but the one before my BP was kinda high it was at about 140/85 and they wanted to keep an eye on it. My last appointment they checked it again and it was 155/85 but they waited and checked it again and I believe it was 125/75 and the nurse said it may have been high because I walked from one end of the doctors office to the other to get to the room. I’ve felt shortness of breath and different things like that but nothing crazy. Just wanted to know if anyone else had experienced this
