I pee a little when I sneeze. Almost every time. Soooo I get you. It's toatally normal though.

I peed myself once and they called an ambulance. My bf was all concerned cause it was way too early for that . He started splashing in my piss saying my baby hes crying calls an ambulance it shows up I'm telling him I pissed myself they are hooking me up and checking me out I'm telling them it's not my water I know its pee . OMG !!!!!!

Don't be embarrassed. I actually thought I was peeing on myself and turned out my water did break.
