I own a small business, nothing big a sale here and there well a girl I went to school with has made the EXACT same “small business” as me about 2 months after I opened mine. She has been harassing me NONSTOP trying to get my Etsy/Facebook page/ mercari shut down saying she started it first which is whatever. I wasn’t mad she started selling what I sell because good for her, I’m glad she is making her a little money. She finally got my Facebook page shut down and I have proof it was her by a conversation between her and my friend. Now she’s asking for legal advice to try and SUE me for making what she makes, honestly how crazy do you have to be? If you look these things up on Etsy soooo many people sell them and she cannot possibly have a case against me... I make freaking teething clips for babies. Like thousands of others do! Rant over! 🤦🏻‍♀️
