I do and did with all my children there are safe ways to bed share and co sleep.
I did, and still do. There are safe ways to do it. My son slept in a little bed to go in my bed. And I wouldn’t move, and my son still sleeps with me and I still don’t move. I mean I don’t move in general, but I because a mummy when i brought my son home. But even now, my son is the one who takes over my bed lol
I bedshare with my kids but not when they were newborns. My daughter slept in a cosleeper that went on my mattress and my son slept in a bassinet next to my bed. They slept apart from me for a month or two.
I did with all 3 of my kids but i did not move also did not really sleep since i brestfeed and was a very light sleeper any movement or noice i would wake up when they were that young.
@lexi_jenkins what causes SIDS in bed sharing? Does babys heart just stop or like suffocation?
@lexi_jenkins, I didn’t sleep that much with my last bc she always wanted to cover her face up
@andreapena26, it’s sids there is no explanation. There was no evidence of suffocation.
I did and I would recommend you don’t. My son passed away from SIDS while bed sharing. So I beg you not to
@andreapena26, anything to help prevent another loss of an innocent life
My son slept with us in the bed when, he was a newborn nothing bad didn’t happened. I was breastfeeding so him sleeping in the bed with us was the best thing for me. I am a light sleeper so I can feel when him started moving. I plan on co-sleeping with our daughter, since we are going be breastfeeding.
