Question: can you be pregnant and have what feels like period bleeding for four days light off and on and some heavy? I literally feel pregnant, my stomach is bloated and is round as a ball and tight. What could this be? Not bleeding anymore just nauseous and stomach and HUGE.

Best way to find out is to test. But I’d say some heavy bleeding would be a period.

Test was negative but I have all the symptoms plus more just like when I found out in April
