Halloween being celebrated on the last Saturday of Oct versus it falling on the 31st. How do we feel…

I don't see the point like sure it's easier for it to land on the weekend but with everything going on in society and more important things that can be changed its seems pointless to me

What about the parents that work on the weekends?

Also most people want to be out and about on the weekend doing their own thing.

I think it's pointless to change it. They can't guarantee that it'll be safer. They can't guarantee it'll be longer. They can't guarantee it'll be stress free.

I think their reasoning is a bit silly. Safer how? Why does it need to be longer? Also, I don’t ever want it to fall on my birthday lol.

No reason to change it. I lived in neighborhoods were we did trick or treat on a Saturday anyway. People can do their own things.
