2-month-old twins: boy twin fussy, drooling and not sleeping — could he be teething?

Hey Mama I don't know I'm not going to any of my notifications from this app so I'm sorry if you've commented on my post or messaged me but I have a question about my 2 month old twins perfectly my boy twin he has lack of sleep fussy all the time and is drooling crazy and I know that it is kind of old it probably isn't impossible but is there any chance that he already might be teething
