My 5 year old still gets them every now and then it's hard watching her go thro it ... I noticed drinking water helps her to fully wake up that fresh air and lots of hugs
Oh also, you can break the cycle of night terrors. They will occur around the same time every night. Go in 15 mins before that time to gently wake her and then get her back to sleep.
I didn’t see your post but just wanted to hopefully ease your mind. They are normal, especially w cognitive growth leaps! She’s learning new stuff daily and her brain is developing rapidly. As scary as it is for us, they are A ok
