So my spider veins from having 4 kids in 4 yrs, some turned into Varicose veins one that traveled up my leg to where I felt it at the bottom of my butt cheek. Lately I've felt heat on my cheek. When I took a picture I seen this, it looks like the vein blusted. Idk if its bad or not or if I should be worried.

Go get checked. It looks like it may have ruptured. Not life threatening, but they’ll check to make sure it’s clotting off

Ask your pcp for a vascular consult. Make sure you get an ultrasound for it as well.

does it feel more uncomfortable at the end of the day? Do you get relief when elevating your legs? These are questions a vascular dr will ask
