So my almost 3 year old has a cold i think and now he has white spots on his tonsils. Im not sure what to do can some one plz help me ?

Any other symptoms?? That sounds like a typical viral infection

@ashleylawrence0012, I wouldn’t worry. Unless he spikes a high fever.

Does he have a fever at all? If so could be tonsillitis or strep throat.
