No catheter, I labored on the toilet a bit like a pp said, I think it helped dilate me! I was convinced I had to poop (obviously in my sane mind now I know what was happening) and kept rushing to the bathroom. I wasn't in my bed until it was time to push, let gravity help!

I did with my daughter when I got the epidural but not with my son when I delivered drug free

Nope. Though for some reason I got one after delivering my first, but not my second. Both were all natural. Both I tore and required 3 stitches.
The only difference I can think of was I was on BP lowering meds for first delivery. So maybe something to do with that?
