I’ve never seen a 2 year old have a severe panic attack until a hour ago my baby freaking out…

I’ve never seen a 2 year old have a severe panic attack until a hour ago my baby freaking out carried in from a market trip just a ride in the car , trembling , legs and body shaking uncontrollably, stiff as board when I try to move her screaming and gasping I thought she was literally dying so I try getting her to talk no response except “rain “ over and over I was confused then she wouldn’t move her arms screamed as if In pain stiff so for about 45 mins of waiting on someone to come drive me to the hospital because I couldn’t move her to put her down and drive I just about called a ambulance I was so worried and I’ve never done that I was crying panicking and the rain and storm stops and so did she back to playing and singing . She’s always been a little scared of thunder but never reacted this way I’m baffled and still confused 😐
