so I made them with what I have at home. The difference was soy milk and margarine. The taste and texture were great but presentation was horrible 😂 I could not get them nicely round because it was pretty thick

@flamingomom, it was hella thick! I should have forewarned you. I used a 1/4 cup measuring cup and once I poured it in the pan I used the cup to spread it into a circle or oval lol. It didn’t matter because it tasted so bomb to me!

@flamingomom, SIDE NOTE: so I had breakfast at this restaurant Friday and their maple syrup was sooooo delicious. It was so good I asked if they can sell me some. They said just go to Costco and buy their brand’s Organic Maple Syrup. I just got home from Costco and I’m about to warm up the leftover pancakes and use the syrup. I’ll let you know if it’s the same delicious syrup from the restaurant.

Ps,I use a egg in the pancake mix makes its fluffy and doesn’t fall apart ;)
