I cannot stop/distract myself from thinking about having a miscarriage:( ladies help me! Its stressing me out and doing my head in!:(

I found out early too and I've had my fair share of miscarriages.
You need to stop worrying about them. Try plow through next few weeks without thinking about it, and think more like that if the worst does happen then it happens for a reason. It's because something isn't going right.
What time trying to say is you need to try think of a miscarriage in a way that will not bother you. Miscarriages can happen anytime through the pregnancy. If you let it bother you instead of enjoying being pregnant, then with the hormones going through your body you really are going to make yourself into a complete wreck

@ellie.case1234 you will find a way cause it will drive you insane xx don't let it bother you hun. Not good to stress over something that you have no control over at all xx

I found out really early (3 weeks) and like you I had anxiety about something bad happening or about me not actually being pregnant and it all being a mistake.
When you have your scan you'll feel a million times better!

Everyone worries about that hun. Sadly it does happen but the best advice I can say is once them thoughts start up try and take them back to a positive thought ie names or a outfit you wanna get for them etc.
Once you have ya scan it does help a lil then you’ll have ya 20wk one which helps a lot more and you’ll be half way!
I found out I was pregnant at 16wks but I know if I’d known earlier I’d of been stressing too, it’s less stressful once you start to feel bubs and once you get to know their routine it’s so much less stressful I found xx

Thankyou so much love! I try change negative thoughts in to positive. Like i look at pushcahirs and moses baskets and then i tell my self to stop incase it never gets that far!:( x
