Update from last night...after way too many trips to the bathroom, taking my medicine, and trying to get comfortable (had to grab my pregnancy pillow) I survived the night. This morning I'm still uncomfortable and it's supposed to be around 100° today....so other than being super tired and uncomfortable I'm hanging in there....
