It’s a total loss. It was attached to a row of buildings which all burnt to the ground last night. I think it’s going to have to all come down.

They don’t know yet. A couple months ago there was a fire started by a homeless person in the same row of buildings at a feed store. He went to jail and was recently released and there’s a lot of speculation that he came back to finish the job out of revenge.
