Soo my other job screwed me by asking me to come in and work on the 4th of July..I arrive and everybody saw me and LEFT so I let my scheduler know it was not acceptable to have someone under the impression that they would be coming in to HELP but the whole time the employee would be working their butt off alone! Now that I took a break off of working there they call me constantly and offer “50 dollar” bonuses to me 😑😑 just so I can work and like I’m not sure how to say it to the scheduler but she needs to make sure she has staff and NOT just me and someone who comes “later” 😑😑

Just tell them you will not be accepting hours where you're forced to work alone while all others have the ability to work with another individual who shared the work load.
If they would like you to work alone than you expect double pay for doing the work of 2+ individuals.
