Total TMI in comments. I don't know what this is but its driving me crazy. It itches and burns. I thought maybe a heat rash or my pants rubbing wrong. But idk. It's been 4 days now. I have tried neosporin and lotion and nothing has helped!! Its only in my right hip. Again pics in comments.

@sectum_sempra probably new stretch marks honestly that was my first thought but its driving me crazy

I think it's a combo of new stretch marks and your clothes rubbing off them. I got something similar under my boobs when I was pregnant with my second. I stopped wearing a bra unless I had too and put Neosporin and baby powder on it (there weren't any open wounds)
