Could be a uti, yeast infection,  or nothing. But id ask you ob

@mommy-xl, she wasn’t concerned since it was so small and never happened again. And I was negative for yeast infection and UTI.

Same thing happened to me with my daughter. It was literally a pinprick of blood and I called and they had me come in. Turned out I had a bad yeast infection, but literally no symptoms.

did you have a bowel movement? Sometime pregnancy makes us constipated and that happens.
