@leahmommy girl you need to get back on the phone with them... whenever somebody has charged me falsely I would not hang up the phone til that money was back in my bank account &I got email proof. I don't care how many times they gotta transfer me to another manger ..you better GIVE ME MY MONEY
If it wasn't you I'd call the bank and report it as a fraud trans. Bank fraud does a temp credit to your account that is available immediately.
