I sewed this mini kimono today! Tomorrow I start on a longer one. It's hard to sew with a toddler trying to sit on my lap and a dog whining for me to hold her but....I put on Paw Patrol in the living room and hook my phone up to a speaker in the dining room where I sew. I listen to podcasts -- I love Bridget Marquardt's Ghost Magnet podcast because I'm into the paranormal -- and hope for the best. There's a lot of stop and start. It'll take me 4 hours to do what only takes 30 minutes on a tutorial.

Haha no weight lost, I just learned how to pose my legs to make me look thinner. Sucking in the gut helps too. 😆

No, what's that? I actually don't use printable patterns....I look at the pattern online and sketch it out by hand or just eyeball it. I'm still learning.
@_lovelily, well, really on FB. I use PDF patterns. I’m not a fan of the patterns like from Joann or wal mart. I like the PDF’s because they have tutorials with pictures and sometimes videos with the patterns that make them so much easier. Check out PDF Pattern Sales and Promotions group on FB and you can find a lot of designers and their groups. Places like Made for Mermaids and Patterns for Pirates are pretty awesome.
