does he babble? my son babbles at me when I talk to him, I count that as conversation bc he’s replying and reacting to me.
@xosxo, that’s progress! and as long as she communicates in other ways I think she is okay. I don’t think they will recommend speech therapy to my son until he’s 3.
Some do and some don’t. My daughter had several words at 14 months but my son only has 3 words (mama, ball and more).
Some babies are different. My son doesn’t talk due to learning problem, autism, and he also have a speech problem. If you’re worried, your little one not talking you can always bring it up to her doctor and see what she/he thinks.
all babies are different, my son doesnt talk besides maybe 5-7 words and he doesn’t talk much unless he’s really frustrated.
