Anyone know SOMETHING that can be taken for a head cold including runny/stuffy nose, congestion, sneezing, headache, exhaustion! I am dying over here!!

I took the Tylenol severe cold stuff. I ended up having pneumonia and bronchitis when I had him though so right after they gave me some better meds and breathing treatments every couple hours
