So schools been out only a month and I feel like I been grocery shopping way to much. For ladies with multiple kids, What kind of stuff like breakfast lunches and snacks do you stock up on for the summer.
Breakfast - pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, toaster strudels, waffles, french toast, cereal, breakfast pizza, breakfast corn dogs.
Lunch - grilled cheese, soup, ramen noodles, bologna sandwiches, chicken patties, pizza rolls/bagels.
Snacks - cookies, chips, fruit snacks/roll ups, snack cakes, fruit, chewy bars, yogurt.
My kids are picky eaters. Right now they are surviving on Uncrustables, bologna sandwiches, and Mac n cheese. I stock up on Cheese-Itz and popsicles.
For breakfast we do oatmeal, cereal, waffles, eggs all with fruit & yogurt or just fruit and on the weekends I do bacon and pancakes or French toast.
Lunches are the hardest for me these kids want full dinners lol. I buy sandwich meat, buns, tortillas, crackers, cheese, mini peppers, mini cucumbers, mini carrots, popcorn chicken & French fries.
Snacks yogurt tubes (I buy on sale and freeze them), frozen fruit (mango, strawberries, peaches) to make smoothies, granola bars, bananas, apples, berries, nectarines, kiwis, mango, cheese strings, raisins, pretzels, crackers.
It’s so difficult I’ll buy so much and be like this should be good for 2 weeks and 3 days later I’m like where did it all go lol.
I basically buy everything you ladies list and @mimixtmn, I deal with the same I make a list thinking it’ll last a couple weeks by day 4 it’s nothing left
