How long did you guys wait to drive after giving birth? I’ll be giving birth at the end of August but that’s when my son starts school. I’ll more than likely have to drive him to school because the bus probably won’t be an option atm.

6 weeks with my second. I didn't have my license with my first
First time i drove was the day after to drop my son off at school and pick him up. His school is down the street less then a mile. Then i waited till my babies first check up. So for the first week it was only to my son's school and my babies doctor appointment
I drove the next morning i had her .. I didn’t have nobody to get the car seat from home so I left and came back
I drove to school to take a test the day after I was discharged lol so 2 days postpartum

@anap1012, I mean they didn’t say anything. My kids father didn’t have his license either.
I think 6 weeks lol more or less. The baby hated being in the car, and I didn't really have anywhere to go. We'd go to the store or whatever together.
