Has anyone ever had an infection in their breasts?? My left nipple is literally leaking pus out of it omg I dont even wanna breastfeed anymore I've NEVER had this happen to me!!! And it's only the left breast!

I'm POSITIVE I know the difference. It even has an "infection" smell and it's coming out clumpy not milky😞
@gion.92 yep I'd go to the doctor ASAP especially if your gonna to breast feed baby to make sure it's safe. Plus I can't imagine how much it probably hurts.
You can get mastitis during pregnancy. I would definitely call. You may need some antibiotics.
Thank you for that cuz I have NEVER experienced this before in my life and when I squeezed it and saw puss I instantly got scared. And I planned on BF but now I'm really thinking my breast may not be the best
@gion.92 Absolutely. I hope everything is okay. Also, you can totally still breastfeed. You should feel 100% better after the antibiotics. It's very common to get mastitis and it shouldn't have anything to do with your ability or your breasts. I hope this helps! 💜

I wonder if you could have mastitis? I know it’s common for breastfeeding moms to get but I just read that you’re pregnant, I’m not sure if you can get it when pregnant but I know puss is a symptom of it.
I read and it was saying it could be an infection of the nipple or breast cuz i did start producing milk early. And I'm not currently breastfeeding so idk what this is. This has really discouraged me but also scared the hell outta me
