I went to my old job today and was told to send my cover letter to the hiring lady I sent it right away with my resume sadly I sent the wrong cover letter from a place I tried to get hired before that now I feel sad I resent it saying sorry but then again I feel so stupid for not doing it correct in the first place and i really need this job we are backed up on rent and broke I'm so mad at myself

Just send another with the correct attachment and your resume, apologise saying you’d sent an outdated version but have updated with the new.

I did recruitment in my last job, trust me that will not be the worst thing that’s ever been sent by mistake. Mistakes happen, don’t beat yourself up.
