Baby/child hair advice please ...

My youngest Boy Remy has very light blonde hair that has a curl to it. Some days it has these beautiful wisp curls. Other days it’s like fluff and just looks like he’s stuck his fingers in a plug, complete frizz.

Does anyone know of any good products I could use to help it to have the curl rather than the fuzz. I’ve always had pretty straight hair so I’m clueless
