As long as it is an accredited school ( regionally is better) employers don't care. I finished my AS online. Did my entire bachelor degree online and did my masters hybrid (most online, some on campus). I was able to get my speech pathologist licensure without a problem and all the schools I went to were local schools that were well respected so my employers have been fine. Most don't know that you go to school online because at the end of the day you still get the same degree as someone who went to campus. My last employer didn't know I did my masters online until I told her.
